Owner/Broker of New London Agency, Stephanie Wheeler brings 23 years experience listing and selling real estate in the New London/Lake Sunapee area to her 3rd generation family firm. Stephanie is a New London, NH native and knows the front and back roads of the region like the palm of her hand. Since fresh out of college in 1985 with a BS degree in business Stephanie has helped put buyers and sellers together in successful real estate transactions, consistently exceeding multi-million dollar sales production. Her success is tied to Stephanie’s true enjoyment of working in all aspects of the real estate field, especially working directly with buyers and sellers providing the utmost in professional service on a personal level. “My clients and customers are like family to me”. Stephanie makes her home in New London with her husband and associate Jim Wheeler and their 12 year old son Jackson who someday hopes to be involved in the business too. Stephanie is a past director of the Sunapee Region Board of Realtors, GRI 1Tri-State Graduate, past member of the NH Realtor’s Governmental Affairs committee, Accredited Buyer Representative, published in Who’s Who in Executives and Businesses and nominated in 1996 as Woman of the Year by the American Biographical Institute and in 2007 for Women of Excellence by the National Association of Professional and Executive Women. Outside of the real estate field, Stephanie volunteers her time in the community, most recently serving on the Citizen’s Advisory Committee to the New London Selectmen, at the Kearsarge Regional Elementary School - New London and with the New London Outing Club as a soccer coach, information coordinator for baseball and ski chaperone.
