Springfield - Baptist Pond is 98 acres with 1.8 miles of shoreline. 24' deep. This pond is partially developed with small cottages and homes.
Sutton - Blaisdell Lake is 158 acres with 2.9 miles of shoreline, 40' deep. This lake is very clean and quiet and it's protected from major highways. Most of the shoreline is developed with a mix of smaller cottages and larger year-round homes.
Newbury - Chalk Pond is 21 acres with 1 mile of shoreline. 8' deep. This small pond is one of the more densely developed water bodies in the area. Sunapee Hills Association was created in the early 1960's.
Wilmot - Chase Pond is a smaller pond with very few homes. The water is Class A - fed by Pleasant Lake.
Crescent Lake, Acworth/Unity, NH
Acworth/Unity - Crescent Lake is a long, clean lake with a wide variety of housing options. Very convenient to Connecticut and Keene NH area commuters.
Grantham - Eastman Lake is 334 acres with greenbelt protection around the shoreline. Except for condominiums in two locations, no buildings can be seen from the water. Eastman is a private development of approximately 1200 homes.
Sutton - 181 acres with 2.1 miles of shoreline. 26' deep. Kezar is one of the earliest developed lakes in the area, therefore there are many fine older homes around the shore creating a charming atmosphere.
Springfield - 98 acres with 1.8 miles of shoreline. 22' deep. This picturesque lake is one of the cleanest in the area with consistent high marks.
Sunapee - 110 acres with 2.1 miles of shoreline. 14' deep. Ledge Pond has very few homes and is extremely private - yet convenient.
Little Sunapee Lake, New London, NH
New London - 472 acres with 5.9 miles of shoreline. 43' deep. A very popular centrally located lake.
Bradford - 401 acres with 4 miles of shoreline. This picturesque lake offers dramatic views as the hills at the western end climb directly off the shore.
New London - 66 acres with 2 miles of shoreline. 16' deep. Lovely quiet pond located very near the New London village center. There is a nice mixture of homes ranging from quaint cottages to large estates. Canoe to the island in the center - pick wild blueberries along the shoreline.
Mountain View Lake, Sunapee, NH
Sunapee - 104 acres with 2.3 miles of shoreline. 20' deep. This lake has seen development around ½ of its shoreline.
Sunapee - 170 acres with 3 miles of shoreline. 20' deep. Otter Pond is very centrally located. A large portion of the shoreline is in conservation.
Sunapee - 157 acres with 2.4 miles of shoreline. Perkins Pond is very quiet and secluded with access mostly on gravel roads.
New London - 605 acres with 4.5 miles of shoreline. 93' deep. This desirable lake offers excellent fishing and boating experiences. Views above the eastern shore are protected by zoning with 10 and 25 acre minimum lot sizes.
Goshen - A charming smaller water body in the shadow of Mt. Sunapee.
Croydon - 64 acres, 30' deep. This secluded glacial pond offers many small homes around its shoreline.
Lake Sunapee, New London/Newbury/Sunapee, NH
New London/Newbury/Sunapee - 4085 acres with 29.6 miles of shoreline. 100' deep. The largest lake in the region - Sunapee offers a variety of recreational and housing options. Three harbors offer restaurants & marinas.
Lake Todd, Bradford/Newbury, NH
Bradford and Newbury - 168 acres with 3.2 miles of shoreline. 22' deep. This peaceful lake offers a variety of housing.
